The Gospel of Christ.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” (Romans 1:16)

The Gospel of Christ is the power of God that brings salvation to a sinner. When you have the Gospel, you have the power of God. Wow! Imagine the power of God in you as a custodian of the Gospel of Christ. It is amazing. Hallelujah!

When you preach the Gospel of Christ to a sinner, you transfer the power of God to the individual.

You must be proud of the Gospel of Christ, because it is the power of God. When you come alive to this revelation, you will not keep your mouth shut. You will preach it!

In Acts 2, we can read that Peter could not keep his mouth shut as soon as the Holy Spirit came upon him and the other disciples of Christ on the day of Pentecost. He received the power of the Gospel, which enabled him to convert over 3000 souls to Christ.

You cannot effectively preach the Gospel of Christ, without the enabling power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus had instructed His disciples to remain in Jerusalem until they received the power from on high, which was evidenced on the day of Pentecost.

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” (Acts 1:8).

You see, the only way you can be a witness of Christ is when the power of the Holy Spirit comes upon you.

The Gospel of Christ is packed with; Life, Health, Hope, Deliverance, Wealth, to name a few. When you receive this Gospel, you receive: Life, Good Health, Hope, Deliverance, Wealth. When the poor receives this Gospel of Christ, he becomes rich. It is a Gospel of health to the sick, a Gospel of deliverance to the captive and oppressed, a Gospel of Hope to the hopeless. This Gospel of Christ gives sight to the blind. Hallelujah

CONFESS THIS

The Gospel of Christ is God’s power. When I received it, I received the power of God. Right now, I carry in me, the power of God.

PRAYER

Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for making me a custodian of your Gospel. Thank you for the grace to preach it to the nations of the world. I receive the grace to maintain a daily relationship with the Holy Spirit, who enables me to preach The Gospel.
