A Christian is born of the Spirit. (John 1: 12-13).

Everything about Christianity comes from the spirit. You can never use your intellectual reasoning to know the things of God. (The Bible is a complete breath of God).

It is not possible to relate to God with your intellect. You relate with him through your spirit.

We have two major very important realms:

• The Earth Real and
• The Eternal Realm

The Earth Realm – Man – has biological life and intellectual reasoning. That’s why it is almost impossible to function on earth without developing your intelligence, hence why we go all need to go to school.

Eternal Realm – God – has eternal life – and spiritual wisdom. The only life that exists in that realm is eternal life – the life that only God has.

When Jesus came to earth, He said: “I have come that you may have a life…” (John 10:10). Jesus was not talking about Biological life. He was talking about Eternal Life – the life that only God has. There was no way Jesus could have been talking about giving them a biological life because they were all biologically alive. He was telling them about ETERNAL LIFE – the life that God has.

Since the mission of Jesus was to get us back to God, then we must, first of all, possess the life that God has – eternal life. (1 John 5). Anyone who believes in Jesus has eternal life in him and has begun the journey of understanding ETERNITY REALM.

Your daily walk with Jesus, by the Holy Spirit who is given to you when you become born-again, (being born-again means accepting Jesus as your Lord and personal Savior) takes you deeper into the understanding of that realm.

The more you grow in knowledge (Ephesians 1:17) the more understanding you have of the Eternity Realm. Just like the Earth realm, your relevance and power in the Eternity realm are based on your knowledge. (My people perish for lack of knowledge – Hosea 4:6).

In conclusion, the things about God belong to the eternal realm, only those who have access to that realm can understand. (1Corinthians 2:14). (You gain access by accepting Jesus into your life and consistently walking with Him daily).

The understanding is a spiritual understanding, which is then ministered to your intellectual mind. (The spirit controls the physical world). (Romans 8: 10 – 13).

The things of God are deep, very deep that human’s intellectual ability can never comprehend. No wonder Albert Einstein, after exploring his intellectual ability, said: “there must be a God somewhere”.

You cannot know God with your intellect!
